This restaurant has excellent food, excellent service and an excellent mission to provide local and organic foods to patrons while being environmentally conscious. The oatmeal pancakes (especially apple), baked oatmeal and the vermont omelette will leave you wanting more. Magnolia has become my favorite breakfast destination in Burlington and with all the incredible places to eat there, Magnolia is truly exceptional.

This is one of the coolest restaurants i have ever been in... The restaurant is "green" and is inside a 100+ year old building with exposed brick everywhere... The food is amaizing with oatmeal pancakes to die for!
