Downtown near the corner of Fisgard and Store. It's a little hole-in-the-wall place that's easy to miss, near the Swan pub. Service is good, and they are quick with the coffee refills. Food is typical breakfast fair, some omelettes, some eggs benny, etc.
Best thing is the prices are very reasonable, especially for Victoria. You can usually get a breakfast special with coffee for about $10.

Okay food, okay service, but the prices are very inexpensive. If you want to go out for brekkie and are short on cash, this is the place.

Everything on the menu rocks so much. The daily soup is the best I've ever had. The people who run it are my landlords for several years. (i am not getting a rent cut for writing this) They're really nice folks, just the two of them, really cheerful to everyone. great prices, great food, good coffee, great atmosphere, and an ok view out the front.

I go there a couple times a week, best $8 meals in victoria.
