Recently took my Cousin to Junior's in Eagan. She is now raving to all her friends and family about the wonderful service, awesome food, and diner atmosphere.

I found this restaurant while in a new city, with a friend traveling the US from England when we came across Junior's. Not wanting to disappoint my buddy I had to seek out something that was not a chain restaurant for breakfast. Lo and behold while turning around in the parking lot at Wally World we eyed this little strip mall and made our way over. To our surprise was Junior's.

We found the food to be excellent the coffee service prompt, the staff friendly and equally prompt with a great overall atmosphere. Don't let the strip mall location fool you on this one. Within 20 minutes of our late week, mid-morning arrival the place was almost full leading me to believe I would be equally pleased to stop by Junior's anytime for any meal. The menu was your standard classic american fare with a diverse breakfast option and healthy portion sizes.
