This is a great breakfast place. Go to thechefcafe.com and check out the menu. The wait staff is excellent. They also serve wonderful lunches and have daily specials. You won't be dissappointed.

The Chef Cafe in Downtown Manhattan, Kansas is a great place for breakfast. It is a remodel of a landmark Manhattan oldtime diner. The menu is everything from banana's foster pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, omelets, breakfast quesadillas to fresh fruit, etc., mixed drinks and great coffee. They also serve wonderful lunches. There is often a wait but the tables turn pretty quickly and it is worth it. The staff is very friendly and make breakfast fun.
