This place used to be the best kept secret in Tilton. Whoever runs it now. Has really let the quality drop. They advertise "homemade" bread. But buying it wholesale and cutting it thick does not make it "homemade". The wait staff was prompt and very nice. When I had a complaint they handled it perfectly. It was when they where talking to the owner about my issue. When I realised the real problem. She was angry and annoyed that someone had a complaint. And stormed off towards the back in a huff. No attempt to talk with us and try to rectify the situation.
So if you find yourself driving through Tilton nh one morning looking for breakfast... Do yourself a favor. And drive to exit #20 a mile further down the road and grab some McDonald's.

Short of an over-priced, fancy-style brunch, this is by far the best breakfast i've eaten. The food quality is always stellar, home-made bread, the corned beef hash is fabulous. The portions are always generous, the staff is friendly, it's all good w/ Paulis!!

I absolutely love this breakfast place. A place to remember. Beautiful season paintings on the window of the restaurant and the smell of pancakes in the air.

This is your typical family run restaurant serving your traditional breakfast foods. Every weekend they have several specials to pick from, the chipped beef is my husband's favorite. The staff is great, the owner is the cook ~ like us, and I bet you'll fall in love with this place.

They can seat about 40 people, the turn around is generally quick...so if you have to wait, it will not be long. Note - they only take CASH, I've watched many people run to the ATM down the street.
