Ok, so we all know Friendly's restaurants generally suck. However, this is by far the worst I've been in. We went twice with the kids and both times we had errors in our orders, lack of willingness on management's part to make things right, and slow service. Under no circumstances will I go back. I might also note that for a "family" restaurant with slow/poor service, their prices are fast approaching the "casual dining" rate of Friday's or such.

Not very friendly wait staff. The food was a little cold when we received it.

Awful! Waitress brought out wrong order. Still had to pay for something I didn't order. Manager didn't offer anything. Really bad experience. Don't go to this one!
