I happen to have the privilege of living in Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale and have dined at this place numerous times while staying in my home nearby, the food is very fresh, and excellent quality and value..never been disappointed, too bad we don't have quality places like this in the South Fla area...too many over rated franchises

the food at the ranch is excellent,and very fresh,when very busy,food may take alittle longer,lets remember it is made fresh,its worth the wait!!the service is top notch,we all have bad days,and nobody is perfect,serving tables is a very hard job,especially with some of the demanding people they may experiance.lets remember that servers only make 4.35 per hour plus our gratuity,so if we the customer tip the server bad then where is the insentive to do good,i myself always tip the servers at least 15%,having been a server before,so when people get on here and rip into the rustic ranch,remember the people that work there are just human,and we all are not perfect,we just do the best we can do!!!I for one like the ranch,and think the staff and owners appreciate,and respect the customers,and do the best they can do, and thats all we can expect from anyone,so ease up on the insultes,and just offer your oppinions.Im a rustic ranch fan!!!!

I have heard lots of good things about
rustic ranch. after seeing some of their
reviews it sounds like bogus reviews i eat
here mon-fri every week sometimes twice a day.
I have also eatin at alot of other restaurants in
town and i can assure you that the rustic ranch
has not only the freshest food in the county,
but also some of the best flavored food. They are always busy, and have great homeade soups and specials you cant find anywhere else.
I give this restaurant a 10

We went to the old Cinnamon Sticks for years. Have to admit that the breakfasts and lunches were the best and the dinners were not that great. Service was always great and fast. Toward the end the place was looking shabby and dirty. The next location was only fair, many things on menu were not available, service was not good at all and they were slow to get the food on the table. We only had lunch and breakfasts there. Now the new place Rustic Ranch is suffering from a lot of problems. Service was poor on all occasions we went there. The "chicken fried steak" was really chicken and the pea soup was tasteless and had the texture of baby food...it was horrible! Their dessert menu was very limited. The restaurant business is not new to these owners so you would think things would be running very well by now....NOT! There is a definite lack of management here. It is sad but true. With all the competition now and more to come they need to step up their game fast. We will not be going back and we eat out a lot.

EXCELLENTA HAVING COME FROM SOUTH FLORIDA NEAR BOCA RATON WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO THE EXCELLENT FOOD AND HOMEMADE FOOD WE DONT GET IN SOUTH FLA AND HAVE SO MUCH COMPETITION TO COMPARE WITH.. THE POOR WOMEN WHO HAD SUCH A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE MAYBE HAD A BAD DAY TO BEGIN WITH. THIS GOOD FOOD AND I HAVE EATEN ON LAS OLAS BOULEVARD AND HAD POOR QUALITY FOOD AND PAID 3 TIMES THE PRICE.. THERE IS NOTHING BAD ON THE MENU...DONT LEAVE WITHOUT KEY LIME PIE

Wow! Great Menu! We tried them for breakfast and it was so good we went back for dinner we just moved here and were told to try it out Great Food and Excellent service (Bill) was great! The Shrimp and crab dip was amazing we will be back!

I want to be fair. We have gone to the Ranch SEVERAL TIMES in hopes that it would improve. THEY NEED MORE COOKS! We will no longer go back until that is better. First you wait ten minutes to be seated (when there are openings everywhere) Then a nice waitress will take your drink order and your menu selection---but THEN!!!
You wait 45 minutes for your food. That is the most irritating thing. We have been there SEVERAL TIMES because we DO like the food. It is good but the time that the cooks take is TERRIBLE. It is NOT the waitresses fault-they have to hand out the excuses!
We were in there just the other day and at noon, when you should know that there is more business, KIM took an order for pickup delivery, so we all had to wait over an hour for our food. (I think people who are on working schedules are getting smart and asking for to go because they cannot wait 45 minutes to an hour) therefore leaving us at the restaurant sitting.
The Ranch has not been open for a real long time, and I do believe this is all going to catch up with them. It is a shame because the food is good and the waitresses have to cope with this.

The services from both the kitchen and the waitress were very poor. Over 75 minutes to get breakfast and it wasn't that busy.

Some couples entered, ordered and left before we were served our breakfast. We had to ask for more coffee and syrup, etc.

I know we won't return. Coffee is also very expensive as were most breakfast items.

cool reception slow service food blah and not hot coffee pot on table empty! 50 cent size biscuit not hot, not even warm hard to believe this is the same as the Cinnamon Sticks we enjoyed for years. you may change the name but the quality of your food should be maintained . If a Bob Evans or an IHOP ever opens locally you are out of business.

I recently had a 60th wedding anniversary party at this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service could not have been better. There were 30 people attending in all ages & everyone was catered to. What a staff to be able to serve that many all at the same time! eat at the ranch.it has a very nice atmosphere .food is one of most flavored around and not blah like others around.may take sometime when there busy but worth the wait.we eat there a couple times a week and love it. like every other restaurant it has up and downs but has my vote.great job guys.

the place stunk. the hostess (ASHTON) was rude the waiter (BILL) was worse. the owners (KIM MISS PERFECT) AND CHAD ( MISTER SMARTY PANTYS) were even rude!!!! the food i ordered was a cowboy burger that i ordered at med. rare and it came out burnt to a crisp. i told my waiter that it was burnt and at first he said there is nothing he can do!!!! I then said i would like it re-made and he said it will take about 20 minutes. Then it came out but it was so covered with bbq sauce. they then charged me for 2 sandwichs. i told bill to give me a manager when kim and chad came out and strictly told me that even though i didnt order 2 they had to re-make them.

Just returned from the Rustic Ranch, and I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner was at the door and greeted us the moment we walked in. The hostess sat us, and in less than one minute later our waitress introduced herself (awesome job Tiffany)and got our drink order. We received our appetizers in a timely manner and were almost finished with our appetizers when our order came to the table. By the time our order got to the table my son's drink had been refilled twice. Asking for boxes wasn't a problem, and the check was soon to follow. My visa card was absent from my hands for literally seconds while she processed it. We are very impressed with Rustic Ranch and will return.

About 3 weeks ago we went to the Rustic Ranch with 2 friends for lunch. We were seated right away but our waitress did not show up for about 10 minutes. She brought our drinks, took our order and that was the last we saw of her until our food arrived over one hour later. My hamburger was raw - I ordered it medium. The french fries were like limp overcooked spaghetti and the food was cold. My husbands wrap was doughy,ff were limp also and cold. Our friends ordered the larger hamburger and they were the same size as mine. My friends ordered theirs medium-well done, they were more like very well done and they couldn't find the mushrooms and cheese that should have come with it. FF were limp and cold also as well as the hamburgers. The waitress was partially at fault for the service but it was mostly the kitchen staff that was at fault. I complained as I left and mentioned that I would never return again. This restaurant I was told, has the same owners as Cinnamon Sticks who have been in business for many years. They need to get a new chef and get their act together or they will be out of business in no time.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, by a friendly hostess. When we were seated our waitress came over and took our drink order. Soon coffee (in a pot was on it's way). Breakfast menu featured items you can't usually get in this area. They had crepes and quiche as well as the usual omelets, and skillets dishes you can get. Food was well presented and prepared very tasty.
