Oasis located in a once bustling outlet mall, this gem has particularly good Mexican influenced selections as well as very delicious western American items. Servings are very generous, filling and delicious. Service was very attentive, coffee service was quick as well. This restaurant well worth repeat visits.

A FABULOUS FIND IN WHAT WAS THE OXNARD OUTLET MALL!!!

In what was the first OUTLET MALL in the area, a terrific family restaurant has popped up in the OXNARD OUTLET .. ..

AMRIs has an entire family working there > The beautiful Irma (reverse her name and get the cafe spelling) will greet you at the door and don't be surprised to see her husband greeting everyone as well, but don't chat too long, he's gotta bus those tables!!!

GREAT BREAKFAST, Huevos, Corned Beef Hash, whatever u want .. ..

And, they carry the beloved PEPPER PLANT sauce at every table .. .. A Central California favorite, the garlic-lovers delight is hard to find in the Southland so once I saw it I had to take a couple of extra bottles home with me .. ..

You know they must be popular if the place was packed in an otherwise empty business park with no nearby walkup traffic .. ..

So if you're headed to the Outlets, or to the coast, pull off for a terrific breakfast .. .. And, you'll be back once you've tried them!!!

Tucked away in the Oxnard outlet mall, this place is a gem that won't disappoint! They serve coffee and mini muffins if you have to wait for your table!! Menu includes fabulous pancakes, waffles and omelets of all kinds. Traditional & Mexican breakfast favorites including chicken & waffles. And let's not forget the wonderful fresh baked cinnamon rolls. Oh mercy! Warm and wonderful service -- what else can you ask for?
