This place is now called Babystacks Cafe! They changed names for copyright purposes. The ambiance is small strip mall in a residential area. There's maybe 12 tables. Reggae music playing in the background. Not crowded on a Wednesday morning. Pancakes were dense, with lots of options. Omelettes and skillets were excellent. Eggs Benedict were good with great seasoned potatoes.

This was our familys first time to Vegas and we stayed in one of the top casinos whose restaurants were excellent, but, expensive. We decided to try something outside of the casino so I Bing'd "best breakfast in Las Vegas". Babycakes Cafe was # 1 on the list. We arrived around 9:30 A.M. on Saturday morning and the joint was packed...a very good sign. We waited about 30 minutes for a table.
To make a long story short, I had the chicken fried steak, 2 eggs over easy, hash browns and two of the signature butta milk pancakes. My daugter had the steak and eggs, hash browns and cakes while my wife tried the sausage and eggs , potatoes and cakes. Put simply, the portions were very good but not to much to clean ones plate. My advice, go there hungry and express your self because the food is an absolute culinary delight, the best breakfast I've ever had, anywhere in the world. A definite 10 out of 10 for value, service and down rigth serious homestyle cookin, you won't regret it.

Babycakes is my new #1 choice for breakfast! The red velvet pancakes are the best ever, and the coffee is great, along with the service. My daughter and I are headed there in an hour...

My hubby and I tried the Rick's Adobo fried rice. I did not know it was inside-like an omelette. How clever!!! Their service is wonderful and the server will come by to refill your coffee. I enjoyed my stay. Will be back definitely.

This place is just the cutest little breakfast joint in Las Vegas. I came here for lunch and ordered their turkey avocado sandwich. It was just perfect and the right portion/size. The turkey was flavorful and the bread was crispy and warm. It also had a tiny slice of orange on the side to ease your palette.

Lastly, I had to give a shot to the ever delicious Red Velvet pancakes....WOW this is to DIE FOR. Better than any pancake I've tasted. The whip cream tastes home-made and the little mini chips they put on the top... just WOW. Perfect.

Overall, great experience, cute decorations and a homey-feel. I'll be coming back as a regular. This beats Egg Works for sure!

This place is great. I am never a breakfast lover, but once my friend made me come here with her. I ordered loco moco. Once I ate it. I couldnt stop eating it. It was so good. My friend made me tried her Red Velvet Pancake. Its the most best pancake ever. It felt like it wasnt a pancake but its a pancake. Best of all the service was great and friendly too. They took care of us like we were family there and it was my first time too. This is the most best breakfast place ever. I recommend everything in the menu.

Excellent service from all at the restaurant. We came along way from Singapore and after reading the reviews on this website decided to try it out today. The Red Velvet pancakes is a MUST try item! Made from the restuarant owner's secret recipe. Red colored pancakes with the fresh whipped cream and chocolate bits..Taste? ...EXCELLENT! MUST TRY!

Will definitely have it the next time I'm in Vegas.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a new breakfast place to go to and i saw babycakes cafe online and after seeing the reviews about the RED VELVET PANCAKES, we had to come.
The service was outstanding, we were seated as soon as we came in. the waiter took our order without writing anything down(which is so cool because he got it all right too). The FOOD! OH MY GOSH, the food was SOOOOO GOOD. i promise this is our new spot to go to now for real! i got the breakfast burrito and it came with pancakes. VELVET PANCAKES! Yes, they were so tasty! i have never had anything like it before. the breakfast burrito was so good i didn't want to eat it all and saved some for later.
my girlfriend got the pumpkin pancakes.(who has pumpkin and red velvet pancakes? BABYCAKES DOES) Even the pumpkin pancakes were so good, i was eating off my girlfriends plate and she was trying to eat up my red velvet pancakes.

ALL in ALL this place is a MUST try breakfast spot in Las Vegas. if more people tried this place out it would be better known. as soon as we were done, i added them on facebook, twitter, everything because i want to keep up with them and keep coming back. please tell other people about this wonderful place!

My husband and I have been in this place a couple of times and we love love love the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with Red Velvet pancakes on the side. Highly reccomend it! Enjoy!
