8 oz glass milk = $2.54 l- this is B.S. - just a block away you could buy a gallon of milk for this price. Never Again.

It's IHOP ... nothing fancy, just consistent.

This location is absolutely horrid on the weekends ... way too many people and the wait sometimes outweighs the convenience. Still, it's better that McDonalds or Waffle House.

The kitchen staff was so loud and boisterous diners could not carry on a conversation. This place is more like a mercado than a restaurant. All that is needed is a few live goats and chickens to meander about to complete the ambiance.

This is the best IHOP i have been to, and i should know a good IHOP when im in one because me wife and i travel the U.S. visiting different IHOPs.We had the best waitress,Tiffany,she was so nice and always there with drink refills when we needed them.My wife and I will definitally come back to this IHOP.

I love this IHOP, my family and i come to this specific location once a week, Tuesday nights. The service and food are excellent. The servers are all attentive and refill your drinks immediately. I recommend this ihop to everyone!

This IHOP is the best one i have been to. My family and i had a pleasant meal, reasonably priced. The service was awesome, not only did she do a great job refilling the drinks, she was friendly. The breakfast is not the only good thing here, i recommend going at night for dinner. Their fried shrimp and monster burger are great. I recommend this ihop to everyone wanting a good experience.

This particular IHOP in plano is excellent! My server, Tiffany did an excellent job. The prices were just right and the food tasted great! I recommend the stuffed french toast to everyone. You can not miss out on a great restaurant with great service like this IHOP.

The pancake place where my family came to eat breakfast. Like any other IHOP, it was crowded and moderately noisy. I ordered a plate of 4 blueberry panckes and some coffee. The pancakes came out nice and warm. They had just the right amount of bleberry flavoring in them, and with some strawberry syrup, they were great. The waitress kept asking me for more coffee even though I still had lots left. A great family place!
