Perks Cafe is a great spot just off of Jenkinsons Boardwalk. Great to eat there than head to the beach straight after. Place is clean, large portions, along with a great/friendly staff. Looking forward to eat there this summer.

Clean place, big menu to pick from, fast service and lots of food. Busy on weekends during the summer but only waited 15 minutes or so but glad we did. We found the staff to be friendly. A good sea shore place to go for breakfast or lunch.
