perth, broxden mcdonalds. The service was bad the crewmember behind front counter was rude. the hot choclate was watery. WE didnt get a single smile .

The McDonalds on 74th and Federal has to be the worst place I have ever gone..The workers are rude,the buns are usually burned and the overall feeling there is that the customer is just in the way...I went there and they got my order incorrect 3 times and when I complained I was threatened by one of the employees with bodily harm.When the manager told them to make me another meal he was told no and that employee is still working there!!! When I complained to the owner about this problem I was sent two free meals coupons and I found this extremely insulting that the problem was worth only 2 meals and no apology by the offending party.The manager apologized but he was not the one who created the problem..I am 58 years old and worked at McDonalds as a hostess,before I became disabled, and I know the main thing is courtesy to the customer..This place has none.
