Australian Fruit Stew

- 1 honeydew - balled or cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cantaloup - balled or cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 2 large apples - cored and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 large oranges - peels and sectioned
- 2 bananas - sliced into thick coins
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 1 cup of your favorite Spring/Summer berries
- 1 small container of vanilla yogurt (or your favorite flavor) - For the Topping
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water (usually in the ethnic section of the grocery)
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
When well mixed, drizzle honey over the bowl while stirring one last time.
Serve with a Tablespoon of yogurt per serving (you can use low-fat whipped cream if you have no yogurt).
A smorgasboard of wonderful fruits in a bowl. Perfect for a healthy brunch. I hope you like it!
