Note From Recipe Submitter:
Dairy Delight can be eaten as a complete side dish to breakfast, mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack, or low-cal dessert. Splenda substitutes sugar and serves as a better-tasting complement to dairy. You may use yogurt of any kind, but plain or vanilla work best. It contains essential fruits, dairy products, and nuts that provide energy and nutrition. Add granola and you have a full meal. This is a very tasty and quick dish to prepare and you can play with the ingredients depending on your mood.
This recipe doubles as a morning yogurt parfait or as a topping for granola or other cereals. Amount of ingredients should be adjusted to fit your tastes.

I couldn't imagine what this would taste like, but finally got the nerve to try it. It was surprisingly good! I used one part vanilla Greek yogurt, one part cottage cheese, honey for sweetener, and added dried cherries and almonds.
