Chocolate Chip Coffeecake Mix

- 1 one-quart wide-mouth jar
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Layer the following ingredients on top of the flour mixture: brown sugar, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Seal the jar.
To Prepare:

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, butter and vanilla extract together until well-blended. Add the coffee cake mix and sour cream and mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Allow coffee cake to cool at least 10 minutes before cutting or consuming.
Enoy!

There is no vanilla in the ingredients list.

Is the pan size typed incorrectly? Is an 8"x8" or 9"x13" (or 9"x12")? Personally, I've not heard of a 12"x12" baking pan.

OMG I made this for my teachers and they look beautiful. I even attached a little red frabic under the lid - it looked totally awesome!
