Cranberry Banana Smoothy
(2 servings) Printable Version
- 1/4 cup of fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries (or combination)
- 1 medium banana
- 3/4 cup of milk (soy milk works well)
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
For best results, freeze the cranberries before making. It's also a good idea to sample a cranberry. If super tart, increase the honey by a teaspoon.
For an even smoother smoothie replace 1/4 cup of the milk with plain or vanilla yogurt.

This is pretty tasty and it puts those cranberries that have been in my freezer for three years to good use!
