Easy Killer Flapjacks

(14 servings) Printable Version

2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
1 and a half cups water
1 and a quarter cups drained ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in bowl heat grill or skillet and cook as you would a regular flapjack. If you add blueberry's ect. Add to flapjack when you pour batter on to grill. If not all your mix will turn blue.

I came across this recipe from a little experiment I tried and I don't even really like flapjacks that much but eat these all the time. Mr Breakfast I stumbled across this site by accident and truly glad I did. Thank You, Franklin
