Easy German Apple Pancakes

(4 servings)    Printable Version
  • 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream per serving
  • butter or oil
Make pancake batter per package directions, adding a little vanilla to the prepared batter. Let batter stand for 5 minutes.

Heat pan over medium heat with butter or oil, then make pancakes.

Top with a big helping of the apple pie filling and top off with sour cream.

Does it have to be bisquick pancake mix or can it be any baking mix or any pancake mix?
