Cinna-mum-m-m
Introduced in 1968
This cereal came in two varieties: Cinna-mum-m-m Flakes with Almonds and Cinna-mum-m-m Flakes with Raisins.
A 1968 magazine ad introducing the cereals described them like this:
"From the Cinna-mum-m-m almond tree...
"The exotic flavor of tasty, toasty bits of almond combined with crisp, golden corn flakes dusted with sweet tropical cinnamon. Nutritious tropical goodness the whole family will love.
"From the Cinna-mum-m-m raisin tree...
"Sweet cinnamon from tropical lands, lightly dusted over golden corn flakes and liberally sprinkled with chewy, sun-drenched raisins. New, individual flavor with good-for-the-family nutrition."
Company Description: Nabisco's history dates back to 1898 when three bakery conglomerates merged to form The National Biscuit Company - comprised of 114 bakeries. In 1901, The National Biscuit Company introduced the Nabisco Cracker. It wasn't until 1971 that the company changed it's name to Nabisco... Read on and see all cereals from Nabisco
