We have this cereal listed here under Barbara's Bakery and also under the Weetabix brand name (see Weetabix Crispy Flakes). In the U.S., it's Barbara's Bakery that distributes this cereal. On their website, they describe Organic Weetabix Crispy Flakes as the "perfect organic whole grain flake for those who desire the traditional taste of Weetabix but crave a bit more crunch."

In 2011, Barbara's Bakery (according to their website) stocked three Weeetabix cereals on U.S. shelves: this cereal, original Weetabix biscuits and Weetabix Organic Crispy Flakes & Fiber. The third of which is basically this cereal with "bran strands".
