This is from the Feb 1989 Kiplinger's Personal Finance. Post introduced Post Oat Flakes in 1959, reformulated the recipe as Fortified Oat Flakes in 1964, and later discontinued the cereal. It was reintroduced as Post Oat Flakes in 1989, but the flavor was more like the Fortified Oat Flakes instead of the original early 1960's Post Oat Flake cereal.
