An ad from around 1955 for Quaker Puffed Wheat, Puffed Rice, Muffets and other Quaker cereals offering "Free Gold Rush Land Today!" It was an authentic deed to just 1 square inch of land in a part of Yukon Gold Rush Country called the Klondike. It also had an offer to get a small bag of soil from your new property shipped to you.
