From General Mills, a box of Total Cereal - toasted whole wheat flakes (with) multi-vitamin and iron supplement. The back of the box asks "Which would you rather eat to get 100% of 9 vitamins and iron?" as it shows a comparison of 1 ounce of Total versus 16 ounces of a generic "natural cereal."
