Smoothie Breakfast Pops
(8 servings) Printable Version
- 2 medium bananas
- 12 ounces (usually 2 containers) of low-fat plain or vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- 1 16-ounce package frozen whole strawberries - partially thawed
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice (prevents bananas from browning)
- 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into little paper or styrofoam drinking cups.
Place cups in the freezer. After 15 minutes, place popsicle sticks, upright, halfway into smoothie cups
Freeze overnight.
Great breakfast for when you're on the run. I dig your site! Mr Breakfast rules!
