Warmed Sherried Fruit Breakfast Casserol

- 2 - 15 oz. cans of sliced pears or chunk pineapple
- 1 - 16 oz. can peach halves or slices
- 1 - 16 oz. can apricot halves
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 2 - Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 - cup brown sugar
Melt butter over low heat, add flour and sugar, stirring until all lumps are gone. Gradually add sherry; cook over med. heat until thickened.
Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. or 10 min on high in microwave.
Variations of fruit may be adjusted to seasonal availability or personal likes.
